These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and bagh8 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at bagh8.io (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the bagh8 Platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by bagh8, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and all promotional, loyalty and affiliate programmes operated under the bagh8 brand.

bagh8 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement

The bagh8 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bagh8 employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request supporting documentary evidence (such as a National ID, passport or birth certificate) at any time. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended immediately and any funds held therein may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is directed primarily at players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bagh8 Platform complies with all laws, regulations and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. bagh8 does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is lawful in your specific location. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions and that bagh8 accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming features, you must complete the registration process and create a bagh8 account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred payment method. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 One Account Rule

Each individual may maintain only one registered bagh8 account. The registration of duplicate, secondary or substitute accounts — regardless of the device, IP address, browser profile, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bagh8 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any associated transactions and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending compliance review.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

bagh8 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer programme. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during your account's lifetime, we may require you to submit identity verification documents. These may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bagh8 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bagh8 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bagh8 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bagh8 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, address, email address, phone number or payment details must be updated promptly. bagh8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to support any change to account information and to freeze the account during the verification process.

3.3 Account Currency

The default account currency for all bagh8 accounts is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. bagh8 does not accept liability for any currency conversion costs, fees or exchange rate losses incurred by the User when depositing or withdrawing via international payment instruments.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bagh8 reserves the right to deduct an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month from the balance of an inactive account, subject to any applicable legal requirements. You will be notified at the email address registered to your account before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate your account and halt any inactivity deductions, simply log in to the Platform at any time.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bagh8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. bagh8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000
• Maximum total withdrawals per 24-hour period: ৳500,000

bagh8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice. Higher limits may be available for VIP account holders subject to enhanced verification requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit into your account. Where multiple payment methods have been used, withdrawals will be distributed proportionally or as directed by the bagh8 compliance team. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad and Rocket — within 90 minutes of approval; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to a final compliance review before release.

4.4 Deposit Integrity

All funds deposited into your bagh8 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. bagh8 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend the associated account if a third-party deposit is identified. bagh8 operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bagh8 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback awards and promotional credits to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, game contribution rates, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings. These Terms apply in addition to any bonus-specific terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The bagh8 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The maximum welcome bonus available is ৳20,000. To be eligible, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount stated in the current welcome offer. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed within the stated time limit before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bagh8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, staking bonus funds exclusively on bets or games with low house edge to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at bagh8's sole and absolute discretion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account balance without prior notice. It is your responsibility to track bonus validity and wagering progress via the account dashboard.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bagh8 Platform are subject to the bagh8 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key provisions include: bets are void if an event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant betting market is settled; in-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome are void; and bagh8 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds and to void any bet placed at an erroneous price.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the bagh8 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are streamed live from licensed studio environments operated by our third-party game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play. Game outcomes are determined independently of bagh8. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the individual game information panels.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

The acceptance of any bet or wager placed on the Platform is subject to bagh8's absolute discretion. bagh8 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day and are displayed within the relevant betting markets. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout will be reduced to the applicable limit.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game software failure that affects the outcome of any bet or game round, bagh8 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is an accepted principle of the online gaming industry and applies to all games and markets on the bagh8 Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bagh8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Participating in, facilitating or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human technology to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from bagh8.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any casino game, live dealer game or poker variant.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal and then seeking to enforce any winnings in a court of law.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bagh8 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and recreational gambling.

All content on the bagh8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, game designs and the overall selection and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of bagh8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing or distributing any Platform content; reverse-engineering any Platform software; removing or altering any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices; or using the bagh8 name, logo or brand assets for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Any breach of bagh8's intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bagh8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, products or services made available through the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, bagh8 expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in odds, market prices or game outcomes caused by technical malfunction.
• Any interruptions or unavailability of the Platform caused by server maintenance, distributed denial of service attacks, or other events outside bagh8's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials.
• Any third-party content, advertisements or links accessible via the Platform.

bagh8's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount you have deposited into your bagh8 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bagh8 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered users. Your personal information is collected, stored, processed and used in accordance with the bagh8 Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bagh8 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies and licensed third-party service providers as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

bagh8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. We strongly encourage all users to gamble responsibly and within their means. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

All registered bagh8 players have access to a full suite of responsible gaming tools available directly from the account settings panel, including daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks; and permanent self-exclusion. bagh8 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where bagh8 reasonably believes that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity; your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users; or your continued use of the Platform is not in the interest of responsible gaming.

Upon termination of your account, bagh8 will conduct a final compliance review of your account balance. Any funds confirmed as legitimately deposited and not subject to active bonus wagering requirements, chargeback disputes, or fraud investigations will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days of the review being completed.

You may close your bagh8 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you owe to bagh8, including any negative balance or pending transaction disputes.

bagh8 reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Wherever reasonably practicable, bagh8 will provide notice of material changes to registered users via the email address associated with their account or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform. Such notice will be given at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has taken effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to arrange the closure of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bagh8 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

Any dispute arising between you and bagh8 that cannot be resolved informally through the bagh8 complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be the principal place of business of the Company.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]". bagh8 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a full written response within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the bagh8 internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as directed by bagh8 in our response.
